What this mean is that you must prospect for quality people to join your team. Without prospecting or looking for people that will have the same passion to succeed becoming you team member, you business will not grow. You will be face with difficulties in recruiting people to become your downlines because those you believe ordinarily will be so happy to join you are those that will reject you. Discipline
