Leveraging – The Way to Success and Wealth

In the beginning when the Universal Intelligent known as the creator of heaven and earth completed His work of creation, He asked Adam, the first man on eath, to oversee everything He has created. God knew that Adam alone could not do it and became successful He made Eve so that Adam could leverage on her effort. Throughout the ages, no individual or nation become successful singlehandedly without the effort other people or nations.

The power of leverage was exhibited during the Industrial age. Adam Smith, in the Wealth of The nations, made it known that for production of goods to increase, individuals in the production process must focus their attention on a specific part of the production. This brought efficiency and specialisation of the work force. Henry Ford also believed in this theory invented an improved assembly line and installed the first conveyor belt-based assembly line that reduced production time of building cars. If not for the power of leverage, Henry Ford would not have mass produced his vehicles.

For an individual to become successful and wealthy in this era, he or she has to leverage on the effort of his or her associates. Paul Getty said ‘I would rather have 1% of the effort 100 men than 100% of my own effort.’ This view is shared by the wealthy and business morgues Warren Buffet, Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki and Bob Proctor. Each of these men has build businesses on leveraging on other people’s effort. Therefore, completing tasks with sole effort will not only make an individual stressed but also worn-out and take longer time to achieve his goal.

The advent of internet has now made it easier for us to leverage on one another. It has become also easier to collaborate at high volume with small beginning as a lot of businesses now thrive worldwide. Due to the power of leverage, a lot of people in network marketing business have made fortunes, become successful and wealthy. Robert Kiyosaki called this kind of business ‘The Business of the 21st Century’ where people helping people. In the business of network marketing, an individual can established businesses in several countries without physically present in these countries leveraging on the effort people.

Wealth and success in any area of life can easily be made now if one explore the power of leverage rather than solely rely on individual singular effort.
